About a year and a half ago my husband's stomach aches were non-stop, so like any loving wife I figured I would go to whole grain wheat products to help make him more regular. It back fired, I just about killed him by overdosing him on healthy breads and pasta. Apparently, he was allergic to gluten all his life and did not know it. I have tried time and again to find a gluten free bread that would not turn to sand in your mouth, but failed until I tried making this bread in my machine. I tried it myself and could NOT tell the difference from regular sandwich bread. There was no bad after taste, it was soft, but held together so I could make french toast with it.
